Current approach
The site is designed with semantic headings, labelled form controls, keyboard focus states, visible links, responsive layouts, reduced-motion support and a skip link. The Matcher uses buttons and announced progress rather than relying on colour alone.
We aim for WCAG 2.2 AA as a practical baseline and review important journeys, including the buyer brief, consent choices and Matcher, on keyboard and small screens before release.
Tell us what is difficult
If a page, form or report is difficult to use, email info@portugalbuyersagent.com with the URL, what you were trying to do, your device/browser and the format or support that would help. We will use the report to improve the service and can provide an alternative contact route where reasonably possible.
Scope
Some external services, including Google Analytics, Netlify forms and linked third-party websites, have their own accessibility controls and policies. The European Accessibility Act and Portuguese implementing rules may apply differently depending on the service, contract flow and size of the operating business; the responsible legal entity should confirm the applicable scope.
